2 Days and 18 Hours!

So there are 2 days and 18 hours till the first Tigers Spring Training Game! I know that I am definitely ready for Tigers baseball!

Spring Break is around the corner! 2 more weeks... that's what I keep telling myself to get through! A possible trip to Florida is underway... maybe even a Tigers game in there???

Movies... I saw Confessions of a Shopaholic last week. Having been a Shopaholic book follower... I wasn't to sure about the movie. I liked it if I tried not to relate it to the books. Many things were very different! People's jobs, relationships, events, and even the city were different!

This weekend we rented the movie Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day and we also rented Then She Found Me. They were both really good! Miss Pettigrew was not what I thought it was going to be however! I thought it was going to be very comical. It was more on the serious side and a true romance move! Then She Found Me was funny and insperational. It really makes you look at what the true meaing of family is. Plus the fact that Colin Firth was in it helped out too!

New In Town

I went and saw New In Town with my roommate yesterday and it was such a cute movie. It was, however, one of those movies that drive you nuts at the end because you're still single and none of the movie scenarios ever happen to you! It was really fun to see how a Californian sees people in the North. Even though I live in Michigan, I could not help but realize that some of the outrageous things that the people where doing in Minnesota... we do in my home town! It really made me laugh to see the connection and how ridiculous we seem to other people!

Chateau Petrus... '82

Here it is... my first blog... I've started a few in the past but never seemed to really get into it. I never really felt like there was anything worth writing about in my life. Who am I kidding? I have the best, most supportive family and friends that anyone could ask for. I have a roof over my head and am in college in pursuit of my dream job (at least one of them).

Things have been going well for me this semester! It just seems like one good thing keeps happening after another. My faith is stronger then it has been in a really long time. I feel like that has a lot to do with my great mood.

You're probably wondering what is up with the title right? Well it would be Mr. Sark's drink of choice. Ok... I am an Alias freak! I'll admit it! I have been watching it while doing homework, or procrastinating on homework (more of the second then the first) these past three weeks. Anyways... Sark request this drink while being held captive by SD-6. While watching this it sparked me as interesting. Even though this man is on the verge of being tortured to death by the head of SD-6 he requests his favorite drink and makes light of the situation. This is how I want to approach life. When troubles come, try to find something to make the situation a bit easier to handle.
